Camel Milk Eggnog

Yield: 1 serving

Why serve traditional cow's milk eggnog for your holiday guests when you can serve camel milk eggnog that they will rave about every holiday season for the rest of their lives?


1 cup of Desert Farms Camel Milk

1 raw egg, washed

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 


Blend milk, egg and vanilla extract in blender for 10 seconds. Pour into a nice tall glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and enjoy.

Carob Camel Milk

Yield: 1 serving

Carob powder is a healthy substitute for chocolate.


1 cup Desert Farms camel milk

2 tablespoons carob powder

1/4 teaspoon honey


Mix camel milk, carob powder and honey in a short glass & Enjoy!

Camel Milk & Dates

As a variation, heat the final beverage only to warm, and add 3 dates as a bedtime snack.

Muhallabia with Camel Milk

Muhallabia is a traditional Middle Eastern and Northern African dessert. Easy and quick to make, this dessert will be loved by the whole family when it is made with raw camel milk. 

Ingredients: Serves 4

3 cups of camel milk

4 tbsp unheated raw honey

3 tbsp arrowroot

1/2 tsp rosewater

3 tbsp chopped pistcahio nuts


  1. Place the camel milk in a sauce pan, add the honey and arrowroot.
  2. Combine until lump free.
  3. Place the saucepan on low heat and bring the mixture to a soft boil. Keep stirring while you do this.
  4. Slowly the milk will thicken into a pudding like consistency.
  5. When you reach a boiling point, add the rosewater and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow some cooling.
  6. Divide the mixture over 4 dessert bowls or glasses.
  7. Cool completely in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  8. Garnish your Muhallabia with the chopped pistachios before serving.

Tip: You can also use fruits as a topping for this dessert

Orange and Almond Cake with Camel Milk

Why not try this orange flavorful almond cake? Adding the Camel Milk surely sparks up some twist in the old traditional recipe. The benefits of Camel milk are immense and it tastes just as good if not better.

Servings: 8-10


  • 2 whole fresh and big oranges
  • 4 tbsp of Raw Camel Milk
  • 300g almond meal
  • 6 eggs
  • 100g coconut syrup


  1. Cover the oranges in a moderate amount of water in a saucepan and allow it to boil for about 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and put a baking paper at the bottom of a 24cm spring form pan.
  3. Beat the eggs lightly.
  4. Start to blend the eggs and oranges thoroughly using a food processor.
  5. Add the syrup, Raw camel milk, almond meal to the food processor and blend it again thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into the lined tin and bake for about an hour.

Makes 2 delicious smoothies

  • 1 Cup Raw Camel Milk
  • 1 ½  Cup Apple cored but skin-on (chopped)
  • ½  Avocado (cut in small pieces)
  • ¼ Cup Apple juice
  • 2 Cups Baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Almonds (chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Flax seeds


  • When making smoothies always place the liquid first in your blender. This makes it easier for the blender blades to pick up all the ingredients.
  • Place the Camel Milk and apple juice first in your blender, then top with the other ingredients and blend smooth.
  • You can adjust the consistency with some more Camel Milk or water if necessary
  • Flax seeds are very high in omega 3 acids and a great addition to your diet.
  • Serve the smoothie chilled

Note: If you are in a hurry in the morning, make the smoothie the evening before and keep covered in your refrigerator.

Camel Milk Coconut Flour Waffles

The warm, sweet kinds of waffles make us consider apathetic weekend mornings, appreciating a huge breakfast with friends and family. Let’s say goodbye to complicated Camel Milk recipes.  This breakfast is a liberality that we don't revel in time and again, yet it is extraordinary for a unique event. Preparation time: 20 min.

Cooking time: 10 min.

Servings: 2


  • 1 cup of Raisins
  • 1 Tbsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Camel Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
  • 4 Pastured Eggs  


  1. In a medium-sized blending dish, mix all fixings with a hand blender.
  2. High temperature waffle iron to "waffle" setting—regularly medium-high hotness.
  3. Drop hitter into focus of waffle iron to blanket something like 3/4 of region.
  4. This hitter does not grow the way universal flour waffles do.
  5. Waffles are carried out when they effortlessly separate from the waffle iron, something like 3–5 minutes.
  6. For the toppingheat coconut oil in a nonstick skillet on medium high temperature.
  7. Cut banana and add to skillet.
  8. Singe banana cuts until tan and firm on the lowest part side, then flip.
  9. Add pecans to skillet and daintily toast with the singed banana cuts.
  10. Best over waffles or flapjacks and serve.


To make flapjacks, utilize 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon rather than 1 tablespoon. In a medium-sized blending dish, mix all elements with a hand blender. Heat coconut oil in a nonstick skillet or frying pan to medium hotness. Spill 1/8 glass of player into griddle or iron. Cook for nearly 3 minutes, then flip, and again cook for another 1 minute. Rehash with the remaining hit
