The origin of milk pathogens is primarily a result of poor sanitation, animal stress, and animal sickness. Camels are always monitored for cleanliness and good health.
Our camel milk farm has been certified approval on the basis of the hygienic requirements laid down in the European Union regulation EC 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
Our camel milk is tested for pathogens on a regular basis and records of testing are available upon request.
