Return Policy
At Desert Farms we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of your receipt. Please e-mail us, using the contact page of our web site, with the following information: Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage.
We want your online experience to be enjoyable. To that end, we have tried to make our ordering, shipping and payment process as easy as possible. Please review our home delivery procedures and contact us if you have any questions or concerns
General Information
We guarantee that any perishable product you receive from Desert Farms Ltd. will be of high quality and in top physical condition.
To ensure you receive the healthiest camel milk available and to reduce the travel stress, your order will be shipped directly to your door.
The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item numbers and tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival. Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent the camel milk from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.
Because camel milk is highly perishable and we milk on demand, the product has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns for any reason. In the case of packages lost or damaged in transit, the liability of the specific carrier and not Desert Farms Ltd. It is important to inspect all materials when they arrive. Packages may be opened to inspect for damage, but PLEASE do not dispose of damaged product or packaging. A claim must be filed within 24 hours after receipt. Please contact us immediately if you have received damaged merchandise, so we can try and resolve the issue right away. Storage: All products that contain milk will only be warrantied if the product has been kept at a temperature below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Desert Farms will not be held liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling of address or wrong order. By submitting/approving your proof to Desert Farms, you agree to the following terms:
“I have verified the address and the product that I ordered. I understand that my order is final and that I will not be able to return my product after it has been approved and dispatched. I assume all responsibility for any typographical errors.”
Returns
The insulated box you receive will include a packing slip-which contains the size and quantity of camel milk that has been billed to your account. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us by phone at +44 02036958445 or e-mail (camelmilk@desertfarms.co.uk) this is not an invoice and does not contain pricing and billing info.
Because of the complex packaging procedures for all camel milk and our primary concern for the health and well being of all, we cannot accept any returns of any camel milk. Cancellations are only accepted before the dispatch of your product and may incur a cancellation fee. Please make your selections carefully.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our camel milk products, all sales are final. However, if your packaging is damaged, please contact us within 24 hour of receiving your camel milk at +44 02036958445 so we may address the situation.
If you are missing an item or received the wrong box or your bottles have been tampered you can call Desert Farms and let them know. You will be credited for your next order. You will then state, in the comment section of your next order, what was missing or explain what you need in order to get the item in your next box-do not reorder the item.
Please note that Desert Farms cannot guarantee that the product arrives at the delivery point in a fully frozen condition when the delivery has been delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
