Orders & Delivery
You can expect your Desert Farms Camel Milk to be delivered within 1 to 2 working days after your camel has been milked. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you chose at the checkout.
For UK delivery: delivery cost is a flat rate of £9.99 for camel milk powder/non perishables, and a rate of £17.99 (5 bottles), £21.99 (10 bottles), £26.99 (20+ bottles) for RAW Frozen Camel milk. EU and international delivery costs vary.
Once you place an order, you will be sent a tracking number that you can use to check the progress of your shipment.

However, alterations to this schedule may occur whenever there are holidays or strikes.

Product Storage & Handling Guidelines
To ensure proper storage and consumption of Desert Farms beverages, please follow these important instructions.
Do not use your microwave or boiling water for thawing.
Once thawed, consume the Camel Milk as soon as possible or keep refrigerated.
Shake very well before opening to restore product consistency. Separation is natural.
Expired product or product exposed to heat should be disposed of immediately in order to avoid hazards due to fermentation.
Insulated Thermo Box
We ship our camel milk in an insulated thermo box, the thermo box is designed to keep the product frozen or chilled for the duration of the shipping transit.
Customer Satisfaction
